THIS SCENE GUYS, my god this scene here broke me. If you listen closely Yuuri actually says this: “わかり やすい wakari yasui” which means “easy to understand”, he describes his relationship with Victor as one which CAN’T be simply understood as something like romantic love, it goes way deeper in his eyes. He has actually no words more than “love” to describe all his jumble emotions, all what this man makes him feel.
AND THIS HERE, god this scene was handle in such a mature way i couldn’t have ask for more. This is what’s been bulding up over the course of the first episode, it’s not ambigous, it’s not taunting us, IT’S ACTUALLY THERE. Yuri puts his emotions into open air, and tries to give words to what he feels towards Victor in the way he sees best. For him Victor is more than a romantic interest, HE MEANS SO MUCH MORE FOR THE BOY, he’s the first person who he ever wanted to hold on to, Victor is Yuuri’s anchor, what keeps him from falling and that there is beautiful.
